Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We can ship to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.

How will my parcel be delivered?
UK mainland and Northern Ireland deliveries are sent via Parcelforce.
Channel Islands deliveries are sent via DPD.
Republic of Ireland Deliveries are sent via DHL.
Your order dispatch email will contain order tracking details.
When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.
If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel. Please note from the date goods are received we offer a 14 day returns period for unworn purchases.
What about returns?
Should you wish to return any items, goods must be returned to us in the original condition within 14 days of them arriving. Unless the product is faulty or does not match your order, it is your responsibility to arrange the return and pay all associated costs. We strongly recommend that all goods are returned via a recorded method of delivery (I.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier) and that you obtain a 'proof of posting' receipt or certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in transit.

Shoeaholics will not be held responsible for any returned items that do not reach us and you will remain charged for lost items.
Your refund credit or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed. There is no need to telephone or email us when sending a return.
Should you return your whole order for a refund then your original delivery charge will be refunded back onto your original method of payment.
