Returns policy

  • Christmas - extended returns period

    Items purchased between Monday 21st November and Saturday 24th December 2016 can be returned for a full refund until Monday 16th January 2017.

  • Our Policy

    UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Returns

    Returns from the UK mainland and Northern Ireland are free of charge. A returns label and instructions will be included in your shipment. To print out a replacement label click here.

    We offer a 14 day return period for unworn purchases. Please see our Terms of Sale for full terms of our policy.

    Please keep your despatch note as proof of purchase.

    We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

    Your refund credit may take up to 14 days from receipt of your return to our warehouse. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed.

    PayPal Payments. Please note that currently stores are unable to process returns where the original payment method was PayPal and these should be sent back to the warehouse via our Free Returns service. To print out a replacement label click here.

    Swimwear, earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

    In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at customerservice@shoeaholics.com quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

  • Cancelling Your Order

    According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK customers have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel a purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at customerservice@shoeaholics.com quoting your order number. In this case, you must return any cancelled items received by you to us within 14 days of your cancellation and we will provide, within 14 days of receipt of your notice or, if applicable 14 days of receipt of cancelled items, if this is later, a full refund for unused items returned in their original, undamaged packaging. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

  • Returning your order

    FREE RETURN BY POST (UK Only):

    1. Fill in the return quantity and reason code below and ensure you return this form with your item(s).
    2. Pack the item(s) in the packaging you received them in and reseal the bag using the self adhesive strip.
    3. Fix one of the Royal Mail FREEPOST returns labels that came with your order covering the original delivery label.
    4. .Take the parcel to your local Post Office and please get a Proof of Postage receipt (without this we cannot take responsibility for returns that go missing).
    5. If you cannot find your returns label please contact Customer Services or download a replacement from the website.

    FREE COURIER RETURNS (UK Only):

    1. Fill in the return quantity and reason code below and ensure you return this form with your item(s).
    2. Go to www.hermesparcelreturn.co.uk and find the information for the parcel you wish to return by searching with your email address or the parcel barcode number.
    3. Select ‘Courier Collection’ and select a collection date. (Parcels can be left if in a safe place for collection if you’re not going to be in).
    4. Once you have confirmed your courier return you will get a reference number and you will need to print a return label.
    5. Pack the item(s) in the packaging you received them in and reseal the bag using the self adhesive strip and fix your RETURN LABEL covering the original delivery label.
    6. Wait for your collection or leave it in the safe place you chose.

    FREE PARCELSHOP RETURNS (UK Only):

    1. Fill in the return quantity and reason code below and ensure you return this form with your item(s).
    2. Go to www.hermesparcelreturn.co.uk and find the information for the parcel you wish to return by searching with your email address or the parcel barcode number.
    3. . Select ‘ParcelShop’ and you will see a list of your 3 local ParcelShops.
    4. Once you have confirmed your ParcelShop return you will get a reference number and you will need to print a return label.
    5. Pack the item(s) in the packaging you received them in and reseal the bag using the self adhesive strip and fix your RETURN LABEL covering the original delivery label.
    6. Take the package to your local ParcelShop, you will be given a receipt confirming the return.

    FREE DODDLE RETURNS:

    Making a Return with Doddle is easy and FREE.

    1. Go to www.doddle.com/locations to find your most convenient store.
    2. Complete your Returns note and drop off your parcel at ANY Doddle store – please keep your receipt to track your parcel.
    3. Track your parcel at www.doddle.com.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

    Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns for international orders. You will need to pay for items to be shipped back to the UK. International purchases can only be returned by post or courier service.

    1. Fill in the return quantity and reason code below and ensure you return this form with your item(s).
    2. Pack the item(s) in the packaging you received them in and reseal the bag using the self adhesive strip.
    3. Take your package(s) to your nearest Postal Service/Courier and send to the following address (please get a Proof of Postage receipt):-

  • Exchanges

    If you wish to purchase an alternative size, colour or style then we would advise you to return your purchase and place a new order for the desired style. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

  • Receiving a Refund

    We endeavour to refund all customers as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of your return package to the warehouse, we will process your refund quickly. Refunds take 2-3 weeks to reach your bank account.

  • International Returns

    Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns for international orders. You will need to pay for items to be shipped back to the UK. International purchases can only be returned by post or courier service.

  • Tracking Your Parcel
